CWLD
LTD is a fine art base practice.In
the studio our interest flows around new ideas, composition, form,
line, colour and creating new images. We research, experiment and
develop these elements and apply them to the landscape or garden
context to try and understand the processes involved and emplyed
by the artist/gardener to make an artwork/landscape/garden. We are
not interested in artworks on gallery walls or static lanscapes
and garden displays, instead we see that all things are in a state
of flux. These ideas have lead us to land art as a means of experiment
and the generation of ideas for our horticultural activities. CWLD LTD creates land art, in 2004 we created an exhibit at the International Festival of the Garden - Westonbirt 2004 since then we have continued to work on ideas, concepts and compositions for installation. We continue to look for further worthy installation opportunities and projects. CWLD LTD creates 2d and 3d artworks and experiments with the process of making images and compositions, in oil on canvas, pencil, paper and on the computer.
